#aldub #aldubEBTamangpPanahon - sets record

What on earth would be #aldub has to do about politics? Honestly, I can't answer yet. maybe it's because #aldub and the hashtag tweet of #aldubEBTamangpPanahon is about 19+ million hits as of this writing, i'm pretty sure that politicians would like to make these two (Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza) as one of their endorsers. i'm hoping that not in the near future, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza won't run for politics as what some artists do.




55,000 seats in the Philippine Arena were occupied by their fans. Tickets were sold from P150-P1,200 sold out. these amount mean a lot in these times of crisis like now. But what make them pay this much? It's because they will donate (I dunno if a portion of it or maybe all) of it to construct libraries around the Philippines.

My main concern is still this, even they will donate that much, will the local politicians not brag about the libraries as their "OWN" project?

Another political opinion, did Willie Revillame violated the Code of Ethics of the KBP (Kaspisanan ng Brodkaster ng Pilipinas) and MTRCB's (Movie and Television Review and Classification Board) Section 3 of PD 1986 as what MTRCB chair Consoliza Laguardia said? Democracy Icon and Former President Corazon Aquino Laid To Rest

Millions of Filipinos witnessed yesterday, Aug. 5, 2009, about nine hours of procession from the Manila Cathedral after the last Mass for her was held to the Manila Memorial Park where the democracy icon, a good mother and wife, a lady who's self-acclaimed to be just a "simple housewife", former President Corazon "Cory" Aquino laid to rest.
